摘要 气化炉大型插入式斜接管与筒体的焊接由于接头形状特殊,熔敷金属量大,是气化炉制造的难点之一。国内外一般采用手工电弧焊,效率低,成本高。介绍了用于气化炉斜接管与筒体接头的埋弧自动焊工艺以及焊接变形控制技术的要点,分析了接头焊接特征,对产品接头的焊接从开孔、装配、预热后热、层间温度控制、焊接工艺、变形控制和变形实时检测以及最终的检查结果作了较全面的讨论。 Welding on large oblique nozzle to shell joint is one of the most difficult points for manufacturing a large gasifier due to special joint shape and high volume of weld metal. SMAW procedure is applied for this kind of joint currently. It' s low efficiency and high cost. Key points are introduced about submerged arc welding procedure and deformation control technology developed by Shanghai Boiler Works, Ltd. for welding on large oblique nozzle to shell joint. The characteristic of this joint is analysed. The manufacturing process and the examination results of this joint are discussed including cutting hole, assembling, controlling preheat, postheat and interpass temperature, welding procedure and deformation controlling.
