中外承压设备用板材标准中保证力学性能最大厚度的比较 被引量:2

Comparison between Maximum Thicknesses of Plate to Comply with the Requirements of Mechanical Properties for Pressure Equipments in Chinese and Foreign Plate Standards

摘要 通过对中外承压设备用板材标准中保证力学性能的最大板厚进行比较分析,指出中国钢板标准中的最大板厚与国外相当,可基本满足承压设备的要求,但中国有色金属板材标准中的最大板厚大多比国外标准薄,应在今后的标准中增加厚度。 Based on analysis of maximum plate thicknesses ,whose mechanical property requirements for pressure equipments can be assured in Chinese and foreign plate standards, this paper considers that the maximum thicknesses in Chinese and foreign steel plate standards are equivalent and the maximum thickness in china can be approximately satisfied with pressure equipment requirements. However, maximum thicknesses of most nonferrous metal plates in Chinese standards are still thinner than foreign standards, and it should be improved in future standards.
