摘要 合成并采用元素分析和红外光谱法鉴定了一个新试剂:1-(2-萘)-3-(2-噻唑)-三氮烯(NTT),研究了该试剂作为测定Pd(Ⅱ)显色剂的可能性。结果表明,NTT与Pd(Ⅱ)能发生显色反应,且该显色反应在485nm处的吸光度与Pd(Ⅱ)的浓度在0.10~1.75μg/mL时具有良好的线性关系,摩尔吸光系数为4.07×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。据此,以NTT为显色剂,建立了一个测定Pd(Ⅱ)的光度分析新方法。该方法简单、选择性较好,用于测定催化剂样品中微量钯的含量,结果令人满意。 A new reagent, 1 - (2 -naphthalene) -3 - (2 -thiazole) -triazene (NTT), was synthesized and characterized by IR and elementary analysis. The application of NTT as a chromogenic reagent for the determination of Pd (Ⅱ) was studied. The results pointed out that the color reaction between Pd (Ⅱ) and NTT could occur, and the absorbance of this reaction system increases linearly with the concentration of Pd(Ⅱ) in the range of 0. 10 - 1.75μg/mL with the absorption coefficient of 4.07 ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of Pd (Ⅱ) was then proposed using NTT as chromogenic reagent based on this reaction. This method, which is simple and of good selectivity, has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of palladium in the catalyst samples.
