摘要
100年前,Ostwald发明了氨氧化法制备硝酸并选择Pt作为催化剂,为现代硝酸生产奠定了基础。本文回顾了氨氧化铂合金催化网百年的发展,从最初使用纯Pt发展到使用Pt-Rh二元合金到Pt-Pd-Rh、Pt-Pd-Rh-Ru和Pt-Pd-Rh-RE等多元合金。简单地介绍了铂合金催化网应用技术的某些进步和我国氨氧化催化网的质量标准,列出了在不同氨氧化装置中铂合金催化网的主要技术参数。
The centennial development of the platinum alloy catalysts for ammonia oxidation reaction in nitric acid plants was reviewed at the present paper. The catalytic platinum alloys have been developed from pure platinum in the initial stage to Pt - Rh binary alloy and multicomponent platinum alloys such as Pt - Pd - R_h, Pt - Pd - Rh - Ru and Pt - Pd - Rh - RE. Some technological improvements of platinum alloy catalytic gauzes were briefly recommended. The quality criterion of the catalytic gauzes and the main technological parameters of the platinum alloy catalysts in various ammonia oxidation equipments were presented. The performances of the platinum alloy catalysts will be reviewed at the second part of the present paper.
