摘要
采用统一强度理论,将冻结壁视为无限长空间轴对称弹塑性厚壁圆筒,对冻结壁进行弹塑性分析,推导了冻结壁的弹性极限荷载、弹塑性径向位移场、应力场和塑性极限荷载。将理论计算结果与文献工程实例实测数据作了比较,结果吻合较好,验证了理论公式的正确性。并进一步分析了塑性极限荷载P_p与粘聚力c之比,与强度理论参数b、内摩擦角(?)和内、外半径之比r_e/r_i之间的关系。该结果为冻结壁的设计提供了一定的理论依据,对工程设计有一定的参考价值。
Based on the unified strength theory, the frozen wall is looked upon as the spatial axis symmetric thick walled cylinder. Conducting the elastic - plastic analysis on the frozen wall, the elastic ultimate load, radial displacement field, stress field and the plastic ultimate load of the frozen wall are deduced. Good agreement can be found between the results of the analysis and the data of the engineer example. The effects of the strength theory parameter ( b) , the inner friction angle of frozen wall ( φ) , and the outer - to - inner radius ( re/ri) ratio on the plas- tic ultimate load-to-the withstand shearing force ( pp/c) ratio are also studied.
