成核剂和填料对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了成核剂(PL285)和各种填料对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)力学性能和硬化速度的影响。研究发现,加入成核剂后,TPI各项物理性能增加,且随成核剂用量的增加屈服强度和拉伸强度增大,弯曲模量、弯曲强度和邵尔D型硬度降低。加入填料后TPI的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低,屈服强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、邵尔D型硬度及100%定伸应力增大;其中填充白炭黑的TPI各项物理性能最佳。填料使TPI硬化速度降低,几种填料中填充白炭黑的TPI硬化速度最快,且用量增加硬化速度降低。 The effects of nucleatingagent(PL285)and fillers on the mechanical properties and hardening rate of trans-1, 4-polyisoprene (TPI) were studied. The results show that all mechanical properties of TPI filled with the nucleatingagent increased. With the increasing amount of the nucleatingagent, the yielding and tensile strength increased, whereas the bending strength, flexural modulus, and shore D hardness decreased. After filled with fillers the tensile strength and elongation of the material decreased, whereas the yielding strength, bending strength, flexural modulus, and shore D hardness of TPI increased. Silica pigment is the best filler for TPI to improve its mechanical properties. The hardening rate of TPI reduced after filled with the fillers, among which the silica pigment has the quickest hardening effect. If the silica pigment was used as the filler, the hardening rate decreased with the increasing amount.
