Introduce the concept of filter and quotient algebra and （u-fuzzy） homomorphism in UB algebras, define a equivalence relation on UB algebras induced by （fuzzy） filters and prove the （u-fuzzy） homomorphism fundamental theorem; Introdceing the concept of fuzzy homomorphism in UB algebras.
