摘要
国有大中型企业改制改组成为现代化企业制度的股份制公司后,建立对企业经营管理者的激励约束机制,对于调动经营管理者的积极性和创造性,培育企业家队伍的成长和壮大,对于把企业真正推向市场,自觉地依据法律承担起自主经营、自负盈亏的责任,对于预防和制止企业经营管理者可能出现的腐败现象,都具有十分重要的意义。
Restructuring state - owned enterprises of large and middle scale into joint - stock companies with the modem enterprise system, the establishment of incentive constraint mechanism of enterprise superintendents to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of managers, foster the growth and expansion of entrepreneurs; for driving the enterprises truly into the market, consciously undertaking their responsibilities of own profits and losses in accordance with legal basis; for the prevention and suppression of enterprise managers' possible corruption,it has a very important significance.
