高职院校校企合作和人才培养的问题与对策

Problems and Solutions Regarding College-Enterprise Cooperation and Talents Fostering for Higher Vocational Colleges

校企合作是高职院校人才培养的根本途径。目前高职院校人才培养存在专业设置"同质化"、人才培养方案"雷同化"、教育质量评价"内部化"、教学内容陈旧化、办学模式形式化等主要问题,校企合作也存在认识误区和体制机制障碍。办好高职学院,必须着力解决人才培养与校企合作存在的主要问题,创新校企合作机制和人才培养模式。

College - Enterprise Cooperation is a basic way for higher vocational colleges to foster qualified labor force. At present, with regard to talents fostering for colleges, the problems present at the following aspects： copy contents in specialties design, duplicate programs of fostering, ＂inside＂ educational qualification evaluation, obsolete teaching contents, formal school -running mode, and so on. Also there are many misunderstandings and system/mechanism obstacles when it comes to college -enterprise cooperation. To run higher vocational colleges well, it is necessary to make efforts to solve existing main problems and to innovate the mode and mechanism of College - Enterprise cooperation and talents fostering.
