浅析美国职业教育模式及其思考

Analysis and Reflection on the American Vocational Eduction Model

职业教育作为一种特殊的教育类型,如何从教育理念、培养目标、办学体制、人才培养模式、专业设置、课程体系设计等方面进行颠覆式的教育改革,发挥职业教育的特殊优势,为社会经济发展提供高技能的适用人才,一直为我国职业教育工作者反复思索。本文对美国职业教育模式作了较系统的研究与探讨,提出了一些思考,期望为我国职业教育的可持续发展提供一些有益的借鉴与参考。

As a special type of education, vocational education has been ruminated over and over by domestic vocational educators for how to exert the special advantage of vocational education to provide suitable skilled talented people for social and economic development which aims to raise a subversive educational revolution on education theory, cultivation goal, school running system, talent cultivation model, specialty setting and curricular system design. The author made a systemic analysis and study on American vocational eduction model, proposed a few reflection, and expected to provide beneficial experiences and references to the sustainable development of domestic vocational education.
