自密实混凝土配合比的工艺性试验研究

Experimental research on techniques of self-compacting concrete mixture ratio

针对寒冷地区的材料特点,应用吉林地区的原材料进行免振捣自密实混凝土的试验研究。以砂率、胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比这4个因素做正交试验,选择配合比参数,经过正交试验分析,得出同时满足工作性能和力学性能的自密实混凝土配合比。

An experiment research on self- compacting concrete based on raw materials in cold area is carried out in order to extend the application in Jilin province. Four key factors have been introduced i. e. sand ratio, content of cementing material, fly - ash admixture ratio and water- bind ratio in the orthogonal experiment on mixture ratio. Analysis results indicate that the mixture ratio can be optimized to meet both workability and mechanics requirement.
