摘要 通过L18(61×36)多因素多水平正交实验探讨了Re(O)配合物制备过程中各因素对实验结果的影响,进行了对比标记试验以得到高标记率的188Re(O)APPA,借助于紫外可见光谱的系列对比试验考察了草酸在其间的作用,制备了188Re(O)H IPPA1、88Re(O)PADA等系列188Re(O)配合物,测定了相关Re(O)配合物的稳定性及脂水分配系数。试验结果表明,188Re(O)配合物的制备过程中,少量稳定高铼酸盐作为载体引入,起到稳定配合物的作用;草酸作为反应促进剂,可以降低还原电势,一定程度上也可作为配体交换反应的前提配体。 Many factors containing temperature, time and so on, which may influence the rate of complex remarkably during the preparation process were investigated by orthogonal test L18 ( 6^1× 3^6 ) in order to obtain the optimum condition towards the preparation of series of complexes, and then many other ^188 Re(O) core complexes such as ^188Re(O) HIPPA, ^188Re(O) PADA, etc. were synthesized, and the stability and the value of lgP of them were measured. The results show that the addition of NH4ReO4 and oxalic acid is useful for the stable resulants. NH4ReO4 as a carrier can stabilize the complexes, and oxalic acid as an accelerant may be a pre-ligand to a certain extent.
