基于社会主义新农村建设的农业科技创新体系构建

BUILDING AN INNOVATION SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BASED ON SOCIALIST NEW COUNTRYSIDE BUILDING

该文分析了农业科技创新在新农村建设中的重要作用,提出重点培育农村经济合作组织、农业龙头企业和农业种植或养殖大户等科技创新主体;着力构建以农业大专院校、科研院所为主体的产学研紧密结合的农业科技创新平台和农科教相结合的农业科技成果转化平台;同时把培训新农民、全面提高农民科技文化素质作为实施农业科技创新战略的重要保障。

This paper analyzed the importance of agricultural science and technology innovation in the building of a new countryside and proposed that key emphasis should be put on the cultivation of the main body of science and technology innovation including rural economic cooperation organization, agricultural leading enterprises, major households cultivating crops or breeding aquatics; on the construction of an agricultural science and technology innovation platform with production, study and research closely related with universities and institutions of agricultural sciences and a platform of agricultural science and technology results transformation; in the mean time, the training of new farmers and promoting their holding on science and technology in an all-round aspects should be taken as a significant measure to safeguard the implementation of a new strategy of agricultural science and technology innovation.
