摘要
内燃机可调气门的判断分析主要是依据内燃机的发火顺序,并适当考虑其发火间隔角、配气相位和配气凸轮型线中缓冲段所占曲轴转角等条件因素,确定的转动曲轴两圈就可判断出可否调整气门的简易方法,该方法即易于记忆和掌握调气门的准确性,又有可靠的技术理论作支撑。
It is based on the firing sequence to judge and analyze the adjustable valve of internal-combustion engine. And it needs to think properly about those condition factors such as the fire angle, valve timing and the crank shaft angle that the caching segment of valve cam profile possesses. A simple method that if it can adjust valve by running crank shaft two circle was confirmed ,which is not only easy to remember and master the accuracy of adjusting valve but also has credible theory supporting of technology.
