Mass Transfer Mechanism of Electrospark Deposition Based on 32Cr_3Mo_1VA Steel with Cr Electrode

摘要 研究了32Cr3Mo1VA钢表面电火花沉积Cr的两极质量过渡机制,从基体的角度将32Cr3Mo1VA钢电火花表面强化分为三个阶段:即电极与基体放电;强化层中第二相逐渐形成到完全建立;强化层中的第二相成为"电极电蚀的对象"。 Mass transfer mechanism of Electrospark Deposition was studied based on 32Cr3Mo1VA Steel with Cr Electrode. From the point of view of the substrate it can be divided into three phase: firstly electrospark is generated between the anode and the substrate; secondly the new phase in the hardened coating is being formed gradually until completely formed; thirdly the new phase becomes "the cathode".
