摘要
通过对某型航空发动机高压涡轮盘的弹塑性有限元分析,确定危险区域和所需的结构响应样本,利用Kriging方法建立结构可靠问题的Kriging模型,利用可靠度计算方法对建立的Kriging模型进行了可靠度计算。首先通过数值算例和简单结构可靠性问题验证了该方法具有较高的精度和较快的收敛速度,最后将该方法应用到涡轮盘结构可靠性分析中。
Through the elastic-plastic finite element analysis of a turbine disk, the dangerous region causing failure and response samples were determined. The Kriging model of structural reliability problem was formed based on the Kriging method, then the reliability index of the approximate model was calculated. In this paper, the approximate results were compared with the accurate ones in a numerical example and simple structural problem, which showed that the approximate model was reliable with high precision and quick eonvergence. Finally it was applied to the structural reliability analysis of a turbine disk.
