摘要
通过对一实验系统中的位移传感器使用环境设置、实验数据的测定、拟合的方法选择等措施,实现了位移传感器在虚拟仪器环境中的在线标定.数据拟合时用Matlab进行最小二乘曲线拟合.结果证明对直线度较差的位移传感器采用曲线拟合可取得较好拟合精度,标定取得良好结果。
Through setting the use condition and mensurating the experiment date and choosing the fitting method in an experiment system, the displacement sensor were calibrated online at virtual instrument condition. Using Matlab carried on the least double multiplication curve fitting when date fitted. The result prove that using curve fitting could achieve better fitting precision to displacement sensor that bear of a sort beeline tolerance, and making calibrate obtain better result.
