摘要
基于UG平台,通过参数化方法建立齿轮模型,将.IGES文件格式将模型导入ANSYS软件,用有限元分析方法对齿轮节点处的接触应力进行了分析,进而对齿轮接触状态的强度性能进行了合理的评估,并校核了其结构的可靠性。
In the paper, on tbe base of UG, gear model is established by parameter method. IGES file format is leaded into ANSYS software and contact stress on gear node position is analyzed.Then proceed to the next step,this paper analyze and estimate the strength of gear and test reliability of the structure.
