摘要
工程机械中广泛采用液压系统、传动系统、控制系统等,因而发生故障的机率也随之增多。分析了工程机械故障在其使用的不同阶段的不同形式和目前的故障诊断技术,并提出了相应的措施和管理方式,对于提高工程机械工作的安全性、稳定性和可靠性具有参考价值。
The hydraulic system, drive system, control system have been widely used in construction machinery, thus the failure rate of machinery also will increase. Based on the analysis of the different forms of mechanical failure in its different work stages of construction machinery, the current fault diagnosis technology has been discussed, and the corresponding measures and management ways of construction machinery for the maintenance have been proposed. The results will have the reference value for improving the security, stability and reliability of construction machinery.
