青少年健康人格教育之我见

Contemplation Juvenile's Sound Character Education

人格是个体独特的、稳定的、社会性极强的心理特征的综合,是个体心理结构中的核心,对个体发展具有多方面的重大意义。青少年正处于人格发展的初步定型时期,即人格发展的一个关键时期。当前我国青少年人格发展既具有健康的一面,但人格健康问题也十分突出,令人忧虑。在青少年健康人格的培养教育中值得关注的问题是:树立正确的教育理念;明确青少年人格健康的标准;确定青少年人格教育的任务;做好青少年人格发展的预测和控制;关注青少年中特殊群体的人格成长;加强研究,探索青少年人格教育的具体对策。

Character is a comprehensive features with psychological integration of peculiarity, stability, sociability and a core of individual psychological structure that with multilateral magnificent implications for personal development. Juveniles are on the stage of character developments initial shaping phase--the critical stage of character development. With sound aspects exists in China＇s juvenile personality exploitation, yet the issues as to processing development are also projective and caused anxiety. Issues that deserve concerning in juvenile personality cultivation and education are listed as follows： fostering correct educational conception and identifying standard of juvenile character by confirming task and predicting , controlling and concerning individual growth,enhancing exploration for concrete strategies.
