为提高劳动者的职业技能,服务"十一五"时期经济社会发展,必须大力发展职业教育。在新形势下,面对激烈的市场竞争,要做强做大职业培训工作,必须依托学校建立培训基地,利用资源优势,拓展培训市场,使职业培训在竞争中发展,在发展中创新,在创新中发展,不断开创团校职业培训工作的新局面。

Great efforts must be taken to develop secondary and higher vocational education for improving China＇s senior workers＇ qualities and vocational competency and serving youth for adapting to economic and social development in the new era. Confronting fierce marketing competition and expanding vocational training work, college must be supported to establish training bases via utilization of resource superiority, expansion of training market to development in the competition. Innovating in development and making progress in renovation for constant exploiting new situation of training work in colleges of league colleges .
