高校内涵发展主要包括高校的办学理念、机制和文化环境。校园文化环境包含着软环境和硬环境两方面,加强软环境建设主要从大学精神、文化理念、文化模式、文化载体等入手;硬环境建设则主要从加强校园规化、重视文化设施、发掘教育基地等入手。校园文化环境建设有利于形成高校特有的?代精神和文化传統,促进高校的内涵建设和可持续发展。

The connotative development of colleges and universities mainly contain the principle, mechanism and campus cultural environment. Campus cultural environment includes soft-environment and hard-environment. To strengthen the construction of softenvironment is mainly through the spirit, cultural principle, cultural mode and cultural carrier,and so on; and to strengthen hardenvironment is mainly through strengthening campus planning, valuing cultural facility, excavating education depot, and so on.
