自汇改以来,人民币升值有加快的趋势。我们应以此为契机,配合我国产业结构、贸易政策和贸易增长方式的调整,优化我国进口贸易结构,加大高新技术产品和特色消费品的进口,减少贸易顺差,使进口贸易真正服务于国内经济的的发展,人民生活水平提高。

Since self exchange rate is reformed,RMB appreciates to have the trend ot being accelerated, w e snould take tins as turning point to upgrade industrial set-ups, trade policy and trade coordinating our country＇s increase in the way adjustment,optimlzing our country import trade structure, enlarging the new and hi-teeh product and characteristic consumer goods entrance, cutting down active balance,making import trade serve the development and real improvement of the people＇s living standards in the homeland economy.
