The correct translation of The Analects is based on the correct comprehension of its culture-loaded words whose meanings are actually determined by the context, intertextuality and the interpretations made by different scholars. Since The Analects is a political,ethical as well as philosophical book,it requires the translator not only to preserve its original academic features in the translated version but also to make the translated version easily-accepted by most of the readers, namely, a flexible blending of being academic and readable.
