长江下游经济带经济发展的条件与投资导向

A RESEARCH ON REGIONAL CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT ORIENTATION IN THE BANK AREA ALONG THE LOWER REACHES OF THE YANGTZE RIVER

在宏观分析长江下游经济带（九江以下）发展的有利条件和不利因素的基础上，选取经济基础、生产管理水平、基础设施、劳动力素质与科教实力、主要资源条件和环境质量状况六大影响区域经济发展的主要因素，对划分的上海、南京、杭州、宁波、扬通、芜湖和安九七个区段经济发展的条件进行了分层次的比较分析与评价，并依据评价结果与原有产业基础，提出各区段适宜的产业重点投资方向。

The bank area along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River (downstream from the city Jiujiang), being one of core regions of economic development in China,is facing an extremely favourable developing opportunity. At present, a great upsurge in industrial investment has appeared in this area. This area can be divided into 7 sub-areas,according to their characteristics of socio-economic development and resource and environment conditions.They are Shanghai(including Shanghai, Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou), Nanjing(including Nanjing and Zhenjiang), Hangzhou (including Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou), Ningbo(including Ningbo,Shaoxing and Zhoushan), Yangtong(including Yangzhou and Nantong), Wuhu(including Wuhu, Maanshan,Tonling and Chaohu) and Anjiu(including Anqing,Zhizhou and Jiujiang). Based on macrocosmic analysis of the favourable conditions and unfavourable factors in economic development of the whole area,this paper presents a suitable investment orientation of economic development for each sub-area, through calculating the standardized marks of 6 key factors with 19 key indexes which affect economic development.
