摘要
简要说明了复合注浆法的定义与特点,重点对复合注浆法加固桩基础的作用机理进行深入分析,可知一是浆液对土体的喷射破坏作用及浆液与土的搅拌置换固结作用形成一定直径的旋喷桩,二是渗透、劈裂、挤密作用扩大浆液扩散范围,对成桩以外的土体进行有效的加固,从而达到更佳的加固效果;也使工程技术人员理解复合注浆法能充分发挥两种注浆方法的优点,克服各自的技术和工艺缺陷,使桩基础加固的成功率得到提高,对相关工程设计及施工提供借鉴。
The definition and characteristics of a composite grouting method are described briefly, and the action mechanism for pile foundation reinforcement with the composite grouting method is analyzed emphatically. It is known that the churning pile with a certain diameter is formed by the destructive effect of slurry injection to soil and the mixing-replacement-consolidation effect of slurry with soil, and that the diffusion range of slurry is spread by the infiltrating, splitting and consolidating action to make the effective reinforcement for the soil outside the pile, so as to achieve a better reinforcing effect. The composite grouting method can give full play to the advantages of two kinds of grouting methods, overcome their technical and technological shortcomings and improve the successful rate of the pile foundation reinforcement to provide references for the design and construction of related projects.
