摘要
以省级水电施工企业——陕西水利水电工程集团有限公司为例,对公司所处的各种环境因素进行分析,并考虑到公司的历史、现状和未来发展,得到SWOT矩阵,提出其"十一五"发展规划的总体战略目标,并从多个方面进行战略目标分解,且提出"三三战略"实施方案,最后对战略的实施和控制提出具体措施,旨在为水电建筑施工企业中长期发展规划以及相关政策的制定提供科学依据,辅助企业制定合理政策和做出科学决策。
The various environment factors of Shaanxi Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Group Co. Ltd. are analyzed and studied. Based on studying its history, present situation and future, the SWOT matrix is obtained, its overall developing strategy in "llth 5-year plan" is put forward and resolved from many aspects. At the same time, the implementing plan for "three and three strategy" is put forward, and then the practical measures for implementing and controlling the strategy are put forward in order to provide scientific basis for a hydraulic and hydropower construction enterprise and draw up a developing program for the enterprise.
