In order to grasp the development direction of sports consortium, this paper from six aspect, including the choice of government, corresponding visualization, guideline of essential points, basic scientific theory of multi-discipline, synthesizing evolutionism and ethnics, the author makes a systematically summarizes, taking harmonious as tenet, integral management bracing on plan organization; basing on facilities to strengthen investing; industrializing by outlay as foundation; realizing actual effect by activity.
