客家文化区域的休闲体育文化特色初探

Exploration on the Cultural Characteristics of Leisure Sports under the background of Hakka Culture

客家文化属于古中原文化、移民文化、多元文化、山区文化。客家休闲体育文化深受客家文化的影响,它与客家人的生产、生活环境及传统意识形态有密切关系,而且表现出鲜明的地域性、包容开放性、宗教民俗性、生产实用性、团结协作性、健身娱乐性、趣味性与竞争性等特色。根据起源、内容和形式等的不同,当前客家休闲体育大致可以分为民间传统体育和近现代体育两大类。
