摘要
"逆商"即"AQ"就是如何认识逆境和战胜逆境的能力,或理解为面对挫折、摆脱困境和超越困难的能力。体育教学中的"逆商"教育,因其本身所具有的特征,区别于其他学科,在培养大学生"逆商"能力方面有着一定的优势。通过随机抽样、问卷调查等方法,了解目前我省大学生"逆商"状况和影响因素,就此探讨在体育教学中进行"逆商"教育的对策和方法。
The "Adversity Quotient" (AQ) is a ability to know and conquer adversity for students. We can conclude that the "AQ" has its own characteristics and different from others discipline, university physical education has certain advantages to train students by "AQ". By the means of random samples and questionnaire survey, aiming to know the situation and influence factor of students "AQ", basing on investigation, some countermeasures and methods for developing "AQ education in university P.E. teaching are proposed.
