高等学校体育师资队伍建设的研究--以广东省高校为例 被引量:9

摘要 运用访谈法、网络调查、文献资料法和比较法对广东省内8所体育工作较突出的高校共399名体育教师,及这些学校的部分非体育课教师为研究对象,对他们的学历结构、职称结构和具有"运动健将"级专业技能教师所占的比例进行调查,发现体育教师队伍里具有"运动健将"等高技能水平的教师、以及高学历和高职称的"科研型"体育教师比例比同一学校其它学科的比例严重偏低,是直接制约高校体育师资队伍建设的"瓶颈"。提出积极鼓励"运动健将"级专业技能学生退役就读体育专业,充实体育教育人才资源;高校努力引进"运动健将"级教练员教师;鼓励多种形式在职进修,国家适当放宽体育学科研究生办学条件及体育教师进修的入学门槛;适当放宽体育教师高级职称评审条件。 Using the methods of interview, network investigation, documentary and comparing. The author takes the sports teachers from eight universities excellent in the sports course, and some other specialized courses teachers as research objects. Investigating on teachers" academic structure, the title of a technical post and the proportions of the professional teachers with athletics master sportsman. The result shows that the proportion of teachers skilled of the master sportsman, and the scientific research type teachers with high professional title is much lower than the proportion of the same school other disciplines, and also directly restrict sports teachers" building. Then the author puts forward encouraging ex-service high level athletes to study in the sports specialty, to supplement physical education resources; universities could introduces coach and teacher of master sportsman; encouraging various forms incumbency studies and relaxes the condition of runing a school; broaden properly the qualification on P.E. Eacher.
