秦山第二核电厂1#机组高压加热器管壁减薄原因分析及预防措施

摘要 高压加热器是常规岛的主要辅助设备,一旦发生故障,将影响机纽的安全稳定运行。本文主要针对秦山第二核电厂第一燃料循环1#机组6台高压加热器U形换热管管壁减薄严重,高压加热器U形换热管堵管数量多的现象,分析了造成高压加热器管壁减薄的原因,提出了相关的检测工艺要点和相应的预防措施。 The high pressure heaters are main auxiliary equipment in the conventional island. Once they go wrong, the unit' s safety and stabilization will be affected. The U-pipes of high pressure heaters once eroded seriously at the first fuel cycle in Qinshan phase Ⅱ Unit 1, and a lot of U-pipes have been blocked up. The paper analyses the erosion causes, and brings forward some important inspection items and relevant prevention measures.
