摘要 [目的]研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化榕树叶总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。[方法]以静态饱和吸附量、静态洗脱率、动态饱和吸附量、动态洗脱率为考察指标,筛选最佳大孔吸附树脂用于分离纯化榕树叶总黄酮;以总黄酮回收率为指标,对最佳树脂吸附工艺参数进行了研究。[结果]3种树脂中,AB-8型树脂最佳,其工艺条件为:5倍树脂体积的70%乙醇洗脱,速度2ml/min。总黄酮收率为89.61%,纯度为65.02%。[结论]AB-8型树脂综合性能较好,适用于榕树叶总黄酮的分离纯化。 [Objective]To investigate the technological parameters of the purification process of total flavones from Banyan Leaves with macroreticular resins. [Methods]The static capacity absorption , static elution ratio , dynamic absorption ratio, dynamic eluation ratio of three types of macroreticular resins were studied respectively and compared in order to find the optimum macroreticular resin. The technical process for purification of total flavones with the optimum macroreticular resin was screened by purity and yield of total flavones product. [Results]AB-8 type macroreticular resin owned best absorption and eluation parameters. The dynamic absorption ratio was 105.88 mg/g. After eluted with distilled water and 5BV of 70 % ethanol by the speed of 2 ml/min, the yield of total flavones was 89.61% and product purity was 65.02%. [Conclusions]The AB-8 type macroreticular resin showed better comprehensive absorption property. It can be used to purify the total flavones from Banyan Leaves.
