The feeding and balance trails were carried out. The trails results were as follows:①The dry matter (DM) intake, DM excretion and digestibility of male and female mink fed with different lysine(LYS) level diets and those of female mink fed with different methionine(MET) level diets had no difference( P 〉 0.05). The feces DM excretion of male minks fed with 0.99 % MET diets was lower than those fed with 1.24% MET diets( P 〈 0.05). The DM digestibility of the male minks fed with 0.99% MET diets were higher significantly than those fed with 0.81% and 1.24% MET diets( P 〈 0.01 ). ②The organic matter (OM) intake, OM excretion and digestibility of male and female minks fed with different LYS level diets had no difference ( P 〉 0.05) . The OM intake, OM excretion of male and female mink and OM digestibility of female minks fed with different MET level diets had no difference( P 〉 0.05). The OM digestibility of the male minks fed with 0.99% MET diets were higher significantly than those fed with 0.81% MET diets ( P 〈 0.05), and had no difference with 1.24 % MET diets ( P 〉 0.05 ). ③The digestion and metabolism of male and female minks fed with different LYS level diets had no difference ( P 〉 0.05). The crude protein(CP) intake and CP excretion had no significant influence when diet MET level of the male mink changed ( P 〉 0.05). The urine CP excretion of male mink fed with fed with 1.24 % MET diets were higher significantly than those fed with 0.99% MET diets( P 〈 0.05), and had no dif- ference with 0.81% MET diets ( P 〉 0.05 ). The CP deposit of male mink fed with 0.99 % MET diets were higher significantly than those fed with 1.24% MET diets( P 〈 0.01). The CP digestibility of male mink fed with 0.99 % MET diets were higher significantly than those fed with 1.24 % MET diets ( P 〈 0.05), and had no difference with 0.81% MET diets( P 〉 0.05). The digestion and metabolism of female mink fed with different MET level diets had no difference( P 〉 0.05).④The LYS intake, urine excretion and digestibility and metabolic rate of male minks fed with 1.85 % LYS level diet were higher significantly than those fed with 1.85 % LYS level diet ( P 〈 0.05 ), and had no difference among female mink( P 〉 0.05). The MET intake, feces and urine excretion and digestibility and metabolic rate of male and female minks fed with different LYS level diet had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05). The LYS intake, feces and urine excretion of male and female minks fed with different MET level diet had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05). The digestibility and metabolic rate of male minks fed with 0.99% MET level diet were higher than those fed with 1.24 % and 0.81% MET level diet( P 〈 0.01 ), and had no difference among female mink ( P 〉 0.05). The different diet MET level influenced the MET intake, feces and urine excretion and digestibility and metabolic rate in male and female minks( P 〈 0.05), and with the MET level decreased the MET intake decreased gradually. The MET urine excretion of the male and female minks fed with the 1.24 % MET level diet was higher than those fed with the 0.99 % and 0.81% MET level diet ( P 〈 0.05). The MET digestibility and metabolic rate was higher significantly in the 0.99% and 1.24% MET level groups than that in the 0.81% MET level groups( P 〈 0.05). The MET digestibility and metabolic rate between the 0.99% MET level groups and the 1.24% MET level groups had no significant difference(P 〉 0.05).
