摘要 介绍预聚体法合成不黄变聚氨酯胶黏剂的基本工艺。实验确定IPDI/PBA3000体系的预聚最佳反应温度在90~95℃,预聚时间为3.0h,聚酯含水质量分数控制在0.05%以内,制备出的不黄变聚氨酯预聚体性能稳定。以1,6-己二醇为扩链剂,选择异氰酸酯指数为1.05;并在120~140℃下后熟化4~10h,常温下放置1周,制得的新型不黄变聚氨酯胶黏剂耐热性好、粘接强度高、综合性能优良。 A basic synthesis process of non-yellowing polyurethane adhesive by prepolymer method is introduced. The results show that optimal reaction temperature of polyester polyol and isophorone diisocyanate (PBA/IPDA) is 90~95℃, reaction time is 3.0h, moisture content of polyester polyol should be lower than 0.05%(mass fraction). Using 1,6-hexandiol as chain extender, under the conditions of R value 1.05, post-curing temperature 120-140℃, post-curing time 4~10 h, room temperature for 1 week, novel nonyellowing polyurethane adhesive with good thermal stability, high peeling strength and good comprehensive performance was synthesized.
