溴化环氧树脂材料合成新工艺

New Synthesis Process of Brominated Epoxy Resin

摘要 研究了原料配比、反应温度、催化剂等因素对覆铜板专用溴化环氧树脂合成新工艺的影响。实验结果表明,聚合过程中当添加固体的质量分数减少到传统工艺的30%~35%,催化剂质量分数0.4%,反应时间1h,反应温度170~180℃时,中间体树脂环氧值4mmol/g,产品溴质量分数19%~21%。产品质量分析表明,各项指标均与采用传统工艺的国内外同类产品相当。 The effects of the feed ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and the dosage of catalyst, etc factors on the new synthesis process of brominated epoxy resin for copper clad panel were studied. The experimental results show that epoxy equivalent of the intermediate resin is 4 mmol/g, the bromine mass fraction of the product is 19%o-21%, when the mass fraction of the solid reduces to 30%--35% of the traditional process, the mass fraction of the catalyst is 0.4%, the reaction time is I h, the reaction termperature is 170-180℃ in the polymerization process. The quality analysis for the product shows that every performance index of the product corresponds with that of the similar products prepared by the traditional process at home and abroad.
