摘要研究联合体(RJVs)是中小企业自主创新的一种有效途径,而信任是中小企业RJVs合作的基础。从考察中小企业RJVs伙伴信任关系的类型出发,运用博弈论对中小企业RJVs信任形成动因进行了研究。 RJVs is an effective way of the independent innovation of SMEs,and credit is the foundation of cooperation among RJVs of SMEs. Based on the game theory, the paper analyses the credit types of partnership relations and formation reasons of SMEs.
