摘要
阐述了南昌长力钢铁股份有限公司转炉厂在65 t复吹转炉和溅渣护炉条件下,对留渣操作进行了工艺研究。分析了应用转炉复合吹炼、溅渣护炉工艺解决留渣操作安全问题的机理。介绍了应用留渣操作的工艺实践和取得的降低石灰消耗、降低铁水消耗、提高炉龄等效果。实践证明转炉复合吹炼和溅渣护炉工艺的应用为留渣操作的推广提供了条件,留渣操作取得了显著的经济效益。
