摘要
以指示植物GF305和田间果树为试材,建立并优化了特异性强、灵敏度高、成本低的李属坏死环斑病毒(PNRSV)RT-PCR检测体系,使用该优化体系对樱桃树、桃树和杏树中携带PNRSV的情况进行了调查。结果表明,被检材料的李属坏死环斑病毒(PNRSV)感染率均较高,但程度不同。
The virus indicator plants GF305 was chosen as experimental material to establish the RT--PCR detection system for PNRSV. After the total RNA was extracted, the PNRSV was deteced by RT--PCR. The amplification of 449bp cDNA sequence from PNRSV--infected plant demonstrated that the detection result is reliable.
