摘要
在低温层积过程中,对北五味子种子进行激素处理,研究其胚率及可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及总核酸含量变化。结果表明,激素处理可促进北五味子胚形态后熟、生理后熟及贮藏物质代谢,其中6-BA50mg/L+GA3200mg/L处理中,胚率、可溶性蛋白、总核酸和发芽率等指标极显著高于其他处理。
The paper study the ratio of embryo, the changes of soluble sugars, soluble proteins and total nucleic acid of Schisandra chinensen (Turcz.) seeds after treated with different hormones during low temperature stratification. The results showed that hormone treatment could improve -the embryo morphologism, the physiological after-ripening period and the metabolism of storage substance. The treatment of 6--BA 50 mg/L+GA3 200 mg/L were significantly higher than other treatments in the ratio of embryo, the germination rate of seeds, the content of the soluble protein and the total nucleic acid.
