摘要
使用常温静水试验法,探讨了硫酸铜、敌百虫、福尔马林、高锰酸钾、强氯精、二氧化氯等6种药物对鲇鱼苗(体长1.5~2.0cm)的急性毒性效应。结果表明,以上几种药物对鲇鱼苗的安全浓度依次是1.05,1.63,12.5,0.82,0.0357,15.1mg/L。根据试验结果,高锰酸钾、强氯精不适宜在鲇鱼苗的防病中使用,福尔马林应谨慎使用,而硫酸铜、敌百虫和二氧化氯可以安全使用。
The acute toxicity effects of six kinds of drugs (Cupric sulfate, Trichlorfon, Formalin, Potassium permanganate, Acidum trichloroisocyanuras and Chlorinae dioxydum) on Silurus asotus Fries with body length of 1.5 -2.0 cm were studied in lentic condition at room temperature. The result showed that the safe concentration of the six drugs was 1.05,1.63,12.5,0.82,0. 0357 and 15. 1 mg/L, respectively. It was suggested that Potassium permanganate and Acidum trichloroisocyanuras were not suitable to use in controlling the diseases of Silurus asotus Fries due to its low safe concentration, formalin should be used carefully, while Cupric sulfate, Trichlorfon and Chlorinae dioxydum could be used securely.
