摘要
针对大红山磁铁矿与铜矿物和脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂、磁选过程中磁团聚严重、脉石夹杂、连生体难以分离的问题,采用了一种新型、高效,提高铁精矿品位的选铁设备,并通过小型试验、扩大连续试验、分流试验、工业试验,最终使生产的铁精矿品位提高了5.33%。
Because of the problems of complex mosaic structure among magnetite, copper ore and gangue in Dahong Shan, serious magnetic aggregate in magnetic dressing, gangue inclusion and difficulty separation of intergrowth new high efficiency iron dressing equipment was used to improve grade of iron concentrate. After small -scale experiment, large -scale experiment, shunting experiment and industry experiment the iron concentrate grade can be improved by 5.33%.
