摘要
昆钢四高炉频繁发生结瘤事故对高炉的正常生产带来了较大影响。通过对2006年11月15日四高炉结瘤事故炉瘤生成特点和形成原因的分析,从原燃料精料、操作技术的提高、冷却设备的管理和优化等方面提出了减少和避免结瘤的预防措施。通过精心操作和外围条件的改善,四高炉频繁结瘤的不利局面得以扭转,炉况实现了长周期稳定顺行。
Frequent four blast furnaces sow brought out serious influence on normal production in Kunming Iron Steel Co. ltd. the formation property and reason of four blast furnaces sow were analyzed and prevent measures for reduction and avoid of sow were present in aspects of improving of fuels composition and operation technology, management of cooling equipment and optimization and so on. After careful operation and improvement of surrounding conditions, the disadvantage situation of frequent four blast furnaces sow was ehanged; long period steady operation of blast furnace was realized.
