固体废弃物制备树脂混凝土的试验研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对煤矸石、粉煤灰占用大量的耕地并对矿区生态环境造成污染问题,对阜新海州矿新排放的煤矸石和发电厂排放的粉煤灰进行了资源属性勘探。在掌握了化学成分?耐久性及有害物质含量等性质的基础上,为进一步研究其再循环利用价值,将煤矸石破碎作集料、粉煤灰作填料,采用均匀试验设计了9组树脂混凝土试件,进行了抗压强度、抗折强度的试验,利用均匀设计软件建立了强度回归方程。在煤矸石和粉煤灰掺量高达85%时,成功制备出抗压强度46.68MPa、抗折强度12.27MPa、劈拉强度7.37MPa、弹性模量1.62×104MPa和20个大气压下无一渗水现象发生的树脂混凝土。并对该混凝土制作的电解槽进行了结构设计和有限元分析。研究结果表明,利用阜新煤矸石和粉煤灰制备树脂混凝土是切实可行的,为阜新市经济转型开辟了一条新途径,对实现阜新地区资源-环境-经济的共同发展具有重要意义。 Basing on pollution problem caused mine area occupy lots of farm lands, and proceeding ecological condition that coal gangue exploration of resource attribute to coal gangue disc and fly ash harged coal mine and fly ash discharged electricity generating station in Fuxin. Basing on controlling the properties of physisc, chemistry and mechanic, to further develop the value of recycled utilitity, which use coal gangue breaked as aggregate and fly ash as fillers to sucessfully make the good property resin concrete. Under the incorporation qulitity of coal gangue and fly ash as much to 85%, which make the resin concrete whose compressive strength is 46.68 MPa, flexural strength is 12.27 MPa, crack strength is 7.37 MPa, and elastic modulus is 1.62× 10^4 MPa, and also has no water penetration under 20 MPa. The result has a important reality guide to the three waste disposing of the old industry mine area, which also has good society, envionment and economical value. The research applies uniform design, SPSS, Matlab, ANSYS, and carries electrolysis trough made CG-FA resin concrete structure design and finite element analysis.
