利用电石渣制备球形碳酸钙的新工艺 被引量:13

New Technology for Preparing of Spherical Calcium Carbonate from Calcium Carbide Residue

摘要 本文采用甘氨酸水溶液高效地将电石渣中的氢氧化钙提取成为可溶性的甘氨酸钙盐,随后在不添加晶形模版剂的情况下,通过对甘氨酸钙溶液的碳化,简易地合成出了球形碳酸钙。经分析测试,产品纯度和白度均达到96%以上,符合国家标准。XRD结果表明合成物碳酸钙主要是球文石相,含少量方解石相。此外,采用SEM和FTIR对产品形貌及反应机理进行了分析研究,在甘氨酸体系下,Ca2+浓度控制在0.13mol/L,可以制备表面光滑的球形碳酸钙,其粒径范围在1~3μm。 In this paper, calcium hydroxide in the calcium carbide residue was high-efficiently turned to soluble calcium glycine solution with glycine solution, then spherical calcium carbonate, which whiteness and purity were both higher than 96%, was prepared successfully by the carbonization reaction without any template additive. The results of XRD showed most of calcium carbonate was vaterite phase and a little of calcium carbonate was calcite. Besides, the structure characteristics of calcium carbonate and mechnism were studied by the techniques of SEM and FTIR, the results showed that soft spherical calcium carbonate, which diameter ranged from 1 μm to 3 μm, was got when the Ca^2+ concentration was 0.13 mol/L.
