棉用反应型无醛固色剂的制备及应用 被引量:6

摘要 以三乙烯四胺、丙烯酸丁酯、环氧氯丙烷等为主要原料,通过对反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比等反应条件的研究,制备了反应型无醛固色剂;将该固色剂用于活性染料染深浓色棉织物的固色实验中,测试其干、湿摩擦牢度.实验结果表明:干摩擦牢度达到4~5级,湿摩擦牢度可达4级.对不同分子质量的固色剂进行了特性黏度测试,结果表明:特性黏度值在1.7575左右的固色剂,其固色效果较好,而低于或高于此值,固色效果稍差. The reactive non-formaldehyde fixing agents was synthesized with thiethenoid tetramine, butyl acrylate and epichlorohydrin, etc. as main raw materials. The reaction conreactive time, reactant ingredients were studied. The prepared fixing agent was used for fixing experiment of reactive dyes in dark shade on cotton fabric. Experimental results shditions of the process including the reactive temperature, ow that, the dry rubbing fastness reaches 4--5 grades, wet rubbing fastness reaches 3- 4 grades. The limiting inherent viscosity of the fixing agent was measured by Ubbelohde viscometer. The results show the fixing agent has better effect when the limiting inherent viscosity is 1.757 5, and has bad effect when the viscosity is less or more than 1. 757 5.
