摘要 采用砂培试验研究了EM菌与硫酸锌包衣处理对玉米幼苗形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明,EM菌与硫酸锌包衣处理能明显促进玉米幼苗的生长发育。在干旱胁迫下,叶绿素和SOD的含量高于对照,脯氨酸的含量低于对照,表现出一定的抗旱性。硫酸锌包衣处理对玉米幼苗形态的影响较大,EM菌包衣处理对玉米生理指标的影响较大。 Effects of EM and ZnSO4 Seed-coating on maize Seedling morphology and physiological indexes were studied by the methods of sand culture. The results showed that the treatment with EM and ZnSO4 seed-coating could significantly improve the growth and development of maize seedlings. Compared with the control, the chlorophyll contents and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were higher, the Proline (Pro) contents was lower under drought stress. The treatments with ZnSO4 Seed- coating had greater effect on morphology of maize seedlings; EM seed- coating had greater effect on the physiological indexes.
