摘要
通过检测补充不同水平牛磺酸和-β丙氨酸(牛磺酸转运抑制剂)大鼠的血压和心肌中环一磷酸腺苷(Cyclic 3',5’-adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)、环一磷酸鸟苷(cyclic 3',5'-guanosine monophosphate,cGMP)和血清中Ca2+和Na+的含量,探讨牛磺酸对高血压发生的预防作用。试验结果表明:补充牛磺酸可使大鼠尾部动脉血压降低的同时,心肌中cGMP的含量提高44.2%(p<0.05),而对心肌中cAMP和血清Ca2+、Na+的含量变化均不显著(p>0.05)
Different levels of taurine and β-alanine were added to deterrmine the blood pressure, the content of cAMP and cGMP in ardiac muscle, and the contents of Ca^2+; Na^+ in the serum. The results indicated that taurine reduced the tail arterial blood pressure, meanwhile increased the content of cGMP 44.2%(p 〈0.05), but no significant differences were found in the level of cAMP; Ca^2+ and Na^+(p〉0.05).
