补骨脂提取物对苹果腐烂病菌的抑制作用 被引量:5

摘要 通过液体培养方法研究补骨脂提取物对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用,同时探究补骨脂提取物对病原菌菌丝体内几丁质酶及-β1,3葡聚糖酶活性的影响。结果表明:当补骨脂提取物浓度为5,10,20,40,80 mg·L-1时,对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝干重的抑制率分别为39.8%,62.3%,79.4%,90.6%,98.3%;用50mg.L-1补骨脂提取物处理在液体培养3d的苹果腐烂病菌,处理后1,3,6,12h菌体内几丁质酶活性分别为对照的1.32,3.62,3.34,2.47倍;β-1,3葡聚糖酶活性分别为对照的4.78,9.98,5.83,3.53倍。由此表明,补骨脂提取物对苹果腐烂病菌具有明显的抑制作用。 This experiment investigated the influnce of Buguzhi extract on the dry weight of mycelium by liquid culture method, Meanwhile explored the effect of psoralen extracts on the chitinase activity and β-1, 3 glucanase activity of Valsa mall. When the concentra- tions of psoralen extract were 0, 5,10,20,40,80 mg·L^-1, The inhibition rate on the dry weight of Valsa mali mycelium of pathogens were 39.8%,62.3%,79.4%,90.6%,98.3%. When the concentration of psoralen extract was 50 mg·L^-1,1,3,6,12 hours after treatment, Valsa mall' s in vivo chitinase activity were 1.32,3.62,3.34,2.47 times to control, and β-1, 3 glucanase activities were 4.78,9.98,5.83,3.53 times to control. This experiment showed that the Buguzhi extract significantly inhibited on Valsa mali.
