摘要
本文以(NH_4)_2S_2O_8-NaHSO_3为引发剂在一定条件下制备得淀粉/PEI共聚物。结果表明共聚物对瓦楞原纸环压强度和裂断长的提高非常有效,在添加量为1%时,环压强度指数和裂断长比空白样可分别提高11.53%和34.26%。最后对纤维交织情况进行扫描电镜分析,证明助剂的加入确实增加了纤维之间、纤维和助剂之间的结合,从而提高了纸页的物理强度。
In this paper, the starch/PEI polymer was synthesized with starch and PEI in (NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3 initiator system. The result showed that the polymer was more efficient than cationic starch in ring crush and tensile strength. The ring crush index and breaking length could be improved by 11.53% and 34.26% respectively when the dosage was 1%(based on oven dry pulp). In the last, the fiber intertexture of handsheets treated with the polymer or not were scanned and analyzed by the Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM), it showed that the distribution of fiber of handsheets treated with the polymer is well-proportioned, as shown that it can improve the strength of paper sheets.
